SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Most in-stock items ship within three business days from Houston, Texas. Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary according to destination and postal service conditions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is currently available exclusively to the United Kingdom, Australia, Poland, and Germany. We do not ship to other international destinations.

All international shipments are subject to applicable postal regulations, customs restrictions, and carrier availability. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if shipment to an otherwise eligible destination cannot be completed.

International delivery times vary and may be extended by customs processing or postal delays. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges not collected at checkout.

SPELLS & PERSONALIZED RITUAL SERVICES

Each spell and ritual requires its own preparation and casting time. Completion and shipping times for physical ritual packages therefore vary depending on the working being performed.

Please provide the necessary personal information when purchasing a spell or ritual service. Following payment, we will contact you at the email address provided during checkout to discuss the details of your working before preparation begins.

Once we have received the required information, we will begin preparing your ritual. You will receive updates during and following the working. Any applicable physical ritual package will be shipped afterward.

Candle Conjure Spells do not include a physical shipment.
