The Ministry of Magic offers individually curated enchanted objects, talismans, spirit-bound vessels, crystal enchantments, occult curiosities, ritual services, and other metaphysical offerings.
Each product or service is described in its individual listing. Customers are encouraged to review the description, physical characteristics, preparation requirements, and applicable conditions before purchasing.
Many physical objects are one-of-a-kind or available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue offerings, and correct pricing or description errors, subject to applicable law.
We make reasonable efforts to present merchandise accurately. Minor variations in color may occur because of differences in screens and display settings.
3. ENCHANTED OBJECTS & PERSONALIZED MAGICKAL WORK
Enchanted merchandise offered by The Ministry of Magic may involve individualized spiritual preparation, consecration, binding, or other metaphysical workings associated with the intended recipient.
Enchanted objects are accompanied by instructions relevant to their particular nature and purpose, which may include mantras, invocations, or guidance for working with the object. These instructions are included with the applicable physical shipment.
Preparation methods, associations, and the nature of the enchantment are described within the individual product listing. Specific internal ritual procedures and proprietary methods are not necessarily disclosed.
Personalized ritual services are undertaken according to the scope of the service purchased and the information provided by the customer.
4. SPELLCASTING & RITUAL SERVICES
Spellcasting, direct bindings, sigil casting, personalized ritual workings, and related services are prepared and performed according to the particular service selected.
Following purchase, customers may be contacted at the email address provided during checkout to obtain information required for the working.
Once the necessary details have been received and any legally required authorizations have been obtained, preparation may begin. Completion times vary according to the nature, complexity, and requirements of the individual working.
Customers will receive information concerning the completion of their purchased service as described in the relevant listing. Where applicable, physical ritual packages are shipped following completion.
Some workings are performed without physical merchandise. Any accompanying information, instructions, ritual photographs when offered or requested, or digital sigils may be delivered electronically.
5. MAGICKAL CONSULTATIONS
Magickal Consultations provide individualized assessment and guidance concerning the selection of an appropriate working or discussion of a custom ritual request.
Consultations are conducted through email and do not include ritual performance unless expressly stated in the purchased offering.
Consultation fees are nonrefundable under our final-sale policy, subject to applicable consumer rights. Where specified in the consultation listing, the consultation fee will be applied toward a subsequently commissioned magickal service.
The scope, conditions, and limitations of each consultation are provided in its individual listing.
6. METAPHYSICAL RESULTS & GUARANTEES
The Ministry of Magic does not guarantee specific magickal outcomes, spiritual experiences, manifestations, changes in personal circumstances, or particular timeframes for results.
Metaphysical experiences and outcomes are individual in nature and may not be independently verifiable.
Our commitment is to provide the merchandise, preparation, and services described in the relevant offering. Dissatisfaction with an anticipated metaphysical outcome does not, by itself, entitle a customer to a discretionary refund or additional working.
No complimentary replacement ritual or additional service is included unless expressly specified in the purchased offering.

7. ORDERS, PAYMENTS & CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including the necessary contact, billing, shipping, and personalization details.
We reserve the right to review, decline, or cancel orders where permitted by law, including orders involving inaccurate information, suspected fraud, unavailable merchandise, shipping restrictions, or payment problems.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment correction or refund legally owed will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Physical merchandise is shipped from Houston, Texas, using USPS with tracking. Most in-stock items ship within three business days, subject to the information provided in our Shipping Information policy and any applicable legal requirements.
International physical shipping is currently limited to the United Kingdom, Australia, Poland, and Germany.
We do not offer physical shipping to other international destinations. Availability remains subject to postal regulations, customs restrictions, and carrier requirements.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of postal operations, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges not collected at checkout.
Personalized ritual packages may require additional preparation time. Services that do not include physical merchandise are delivered according to the terms of their individual listings.
9. SERVICES FOR ESTABLISHED INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS
Established customers who have previously purchased from The Ministry of Magic may request eligible nonphysical magickal services even when physical shipping is unavailable to their country.
These services may include direct bindings, sigil casting, and personalized spellwork delivered through electronic correspondence.
Such arrangements are considered individually, subject to customer verification, service availability, and applicable regulations.
No physical merchandise or ritual packages are shipped to restricted destinations.
10. FINAL SALES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Due to the individualized nature of our enchanted merchandise, ritual workings, and metaphysical services, all purchases are treated as final sales under our store policy.
We do not offer discretionary returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for changes of mind, changes in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with anticipated metaphysical results.
Physical enchanted merchandise may be spiritually prepared or aligned for its purchaser. Personalized spellwork and consultations involve individual preparation, assessment, or services.
All final-sale conditions remain subject to any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, return, refund, or other statutory rights applicable to the transaction.
